Description of the F-Secure Premium Gold Service

Priority Update Service

Premium Gold Service and Premium Service customers will have the highest priority in the daily signature updates.

The prioritized updates provides to the customer then highest possible protection against all new viruses. The prioritized service will be provided in the future through Policy Manager.

Radar-SMS Instant Security Notifications

F-Secure Radar-SMS is a security broadcast system that delivers instant security notifications as SMS messages to mobile phones. By sending immediate alerts, F-Secure Radar gives an IT professional in charge of security the best chance to stopping viruses or DoS attacks before they enter the corporate network.

Technical Support Including Several High-quality Services

  • WEB based FAQs - F-Secure support site offers a comprehensive collection of FAQ's for each F-Secure security product. The site is accessible by anyone, anywhere and anytime.
  • E-mail support - The F-Secure Premium Gold Service customers are given a unique, customer-specific e-mail address for submitting technical incidents to F-Secure Technical Support.
  • Phone support 24/7 - Telephone support is available at any time of the day, week or year. The F-Secure Premium Service customers can have a direct contact to the third-level Technical Support with priority access.
  • Fax support - When customers cannot call or send email to our Technical Support, they may fax their queries. The target time for the first response is within 24 hours of the time customers submitted their queries.
  • Product Escalations - When a Technical Support engineer cannot handle a case within the standard F-Secure time frame the incident is escalated to the F-Secure fourth-layer support team. The fourth-layer support is mainly designed for "critical accounts", product piloting and product escalations.
  • Critical Accounts - F-Secure has defined a Critical Account process to solve any issues customers might experience when dealing with F-Secure or any of its business partners. Any product or service that does not meet customer expectations may become part of the F-Secure Critical Account process. These incidents are handled case by case within the mutually agreed response and resolution times.
